Marc Rusch works at HYPOHAUS as a Full Stack Developer and Digital Solutions Architect and is responsible for the technical development and digital architecture of our IT systems. With more than seven years of experience in software engineering, including his role as a Frontend Engineer at Merkle, he brings deep expertise in modern web technologies, user experience and software solutions. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at OST – Eastern Switzerland University of Applied Sciences, further strengthening his technological knowledge. Marc places great importance on quality, transparency and future-proof technology, with the ambition to continuously improve the digital customer experience at HYPOHAUS.

Franziska Farag works at HYPOHAUS as a mortgage advisor, guiding our clients in finding the optimal financing solution. With over eight years of experience in the financial industry, including positions at Raiffeisenbank and PostFinance, she brings a deep understanding of the needs of both private clients and SME or corporate clients. Through her extensive banking experience, she has gained comprehensive expertise in all aspects of financing and combines her professional knowledge with a strong sense of service and customer focus. Franziska Farag holds a diploma in Business Administration (HF) and has a talent for explaining complex financial topics in a clear and practical way. She places great importance on providing personal, transparent, and trustworthy advice, always keeping the individual needs of her clients at the center.
