Sina Wetter holds a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training in Banking. As part of her professional career, Sina Wetter worked for more than 7 years at Appenzeller Kantonalbank and Raiffeisen. Prior to joining HYPOHAUS, Sina Wetter was a private client advisor for mortgages and investment solutions. In this role, she was able to advise both existing as well as future home owners and is applying the know-how she gained in her new role as mortgage specialist at HYPOHAUS. Sina Wetter holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with major in Banking & Finance from OST – Ostschweizer Fachhochschule.

Tanaja Veskovac graduated from the Kantonsschule St.Gallen with a focus on biology and chemistry. She will start her studies in business in autumn 2023 and is supporting the team in the day-to-day business with various tasks.

After completing his doctorate at the ETH and an MBA at Northwestern University in Chicago, Titus Spirig worked in various management positions at Credit Suisse, UBS and Bank Vontobel. Among other things, he was Global Head Lending Solutions at UBS and Head Credit Structuring & Advisory at Bank Vontobel. He is a proven expert in real estate financing and complex mortgage transactions. As part of his academic career, Titus Spirig was a lecturer in credit management at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW) for several years. In addition to strategy development and execution for leading Swiss banks, the focus of his work has always been on the credit business. As Head of Business Development at HYPOHAUS, Titus Spirig is responsible for strategic topics and benefits from an excellent network in the Swiss banking sector.

Daniel Bleuer studied at the University of St.Gallen and graduated with a Master’s degree in economics and law. He then worked for several law firms in Zurich, St.Gallen and Miami (USA). Daniel Bleuer is a lawyer admitted to the bar in Switzerland and a public notary in the canton of St.Gallen. He has been working as an independent practising lawyer since 2013 and advises clients in particular in the areas of contract law, tax law, real estate law, inheritance law as well as corporate law. Since 2022, he has held a seat on the Advisory Board at HYPOHAUS and supports the company in matters of strategic positioning and expansion as well as in legal issues.

Luca Senn is a graduate of the University of St. Gallen (HSG), where he successfully completed a bachelor’s degree in business administration, a master’s degree in banking and finance, and training as a secondary school teacher in economics and law. After his studies, he was able to put his knowledge to the test at a leading consulting firm in the areas of auditing and tax consulting before working for three years at a major Swiss bank as a mortgage specialist. In this role, he assisted both private and corporate clients from the real estate sector with financing concerns.
